As the seasons shift and the days become cold, I find myself naturally attuning to a slower, more reflective way of life.
Central to everything I write about—almost to the point of seeming obsessive— is that understanding and meeting your needs dramatically improves your well-being creates your well-being. You are well when your core needs are authentically met, and you are not when they aren’t. It’s that basic. And it’s that important. So, as my needs shift, so do my daily habits.
With that in mind, my newsletter output will ease off for a while—not disappearing, just becoming less frequent and arriving when my ideas feel fully cooked. I’m also channelling energy into building Rehabitus in new ways, and I look forward to sharing those developments when the time is right.
As my output slows this winter, I want to take this opportunity to introduce new readers—and reacquaint long-time followers—with the crux of Rehabitus through a curated selection of the most popular articles. These pieces still carry the same relevance, insight, and value as they did on the day they were published.
Every article I’ve written comes from a place of deep thought and care, but some have clearly resonated more with my readers.
So here they are— the All killer, No filler guide to the best of Rehabitus so far.
