Nice brother! Any guidance on how to help people visualize positive versions of their future selves? Maybe a future post idea? I know there are times in my life where this post wouldn’t have resonated with me as much because I would have thought there was no me standing up there
And yeah I guess it might be an idea which doesn’t hit someone right now, but come 3 months time, they could see something different the next time they read it.
Most of the lessons I’ve learned were previously available or taught to me, just wasn’t ready at the time.
We joke in the gym (even though it’s often quite accurate) that it takes at least ten times to be taught a technique/concept before a beginner learns the first step.
Love this creative visualization you shared with us dude! It’s fun to experiment on here, that’s what it’s all about. Have you read “the mountain is you” btw? In the same vein I’d think.
Great post, and great comments too! I use a visualization as if it is two years in my future, while I’m standing on that mountain. I see what my daily life is from the peak. Now I’m going to add some of your post to that!
I just did a post called A Glimpse Of The Sacred Mountains: The Path To Personal Transformation. It’s about a story (mountain related) I’ve been using for thirty years to prepare people for doing a Vision Quest, which is about finding your purpose in life. But ultimately it shows that we’re all on a journey to the top of the mountain. And it’s a never ending journey. I’ve “been to the top of the mountain “ numerous times, and I’m still on my journey there as well.

“How do you think I got this strong?”…. I loved this, was exactly what I needed to hear
Glad it landed well, my friend.

Not yet. I’ll have a look at some details on it right now.
Thank you Cole. It felt about time to put my voice to something, and this short story seemed the perfect fit. 🇬🇧
Great piece. Exactly what we need just now.
Much appreciated. Thank you for the share too.
Stand strong on that mountain top, take the hand of guidance, to stay protected and safe.
There is always more to uplift you, in that beautiful space.
Soar high my friend, have faith.
👌Debbie

Cool, Jim. I’ll take a look.
Who doesn’t love a mighty mountain metaphor?
Thanks Jim
Oh I already had seen and liked!
