1:1 Sobriety Support

It’s tricky, this sobriety stuff.

You tried one thing, and it didn’t work.

You tried another, and it worked for a while, until it didn’t.

The groups often help, but you question if you really have to keep going to them… forever?

I’ve been through it myself, and then some.

Addiction, homelessness, hospital, prison, alcohol counselling, residential rehab.

I’m grateful I went through it all, because when the truth finally clicked, it hit me harder than I ever could have imagined…

Adam PT, healthy, happy, alcohol-free.

Alcohol wasn’t the problem. It was the solution.

It was serving a purpose, and that’s why I always went back.

Let me tell you this: you are not disordered or diseased because you drink. There is nothing wrong with your wiring.

But your life feels punishing, and you’ve found relief where you could.

A reliable off-switch. A numb-me-now button.

It works for a while because it’s pretty good at blocking out reality. But this comes at a heavy price.

There is another way to live.

It isn’t dissatisfying or punishing.

It’s not perfect or effortless either.

But it’s aligned. It’s you. And you don’t need to escape it.

“Sobriety didn’t open the gates of heaven to let me in.

It opened the gates of hell to let me out.”

What others have said:

Let’s talk.

The way I got sober isn’t for everyone.

That’s why I offer a complimentary one-hour conversation to see whether we’re a good fit.
